MANAGEMENT:

Health & Safety Manager:

Specifically this person will be responsible for preparing and receiving Health & Safety plans and manuals for ongoing operations at various work sites, complete on-site safety audits and reports to upper management and safety committee for review, tracks all personal injury and accident reports including workers compensation and auto accidents. This person will also be the on-site trainer for OSHA required training and other safety training to staff as required.

Qualified candidates will have a BS/BA in a related field and have some experience working in the water and wastewater field. The candidate must be comfortable interacting with people on all levels and be reliable, flexible, approachable and proactive. Outstanding organization skills, comfortable working with minimal supervision and able to meet deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
Must have 3-5 years of experience in Health & Safety environment
Knowledge of some type of project software helpful
Prior experience working in an environmental or operation company is desirable
Ability to work flexible hours (occasional late night or early morning meetings)
Ability to travel as needed and must have a valid drivers' license
Must have successfully completed the OSHA 500 and 501 training courses

Salary 65K

SALES:

Inside Sales Representative:

Responsible for identifying accounts with a low sales volume and developing them into higher volume accounts through direct contact.

Base salary is $32 -35K with $16K bonus potential

Hours are 9-6 Monday through Friday

This company is located on the North Andover/Lawrence line, must have previous telemarketing or experience making high volume outbound sales calls and proven success in closing sales.

REGUIREMENTS:

Energetic, professional, goal oriented with 3 years FHA Underwriting experience
Computers: current in-depth experience with DU and LP, Emagic, AuCentral
Complete knowledge of current FHA lending guidelines
DE designation required but someone with underwriting or processing experience in Government might qualify for a JR position( less money)
College degree or other certifications preferred
must have: tenure, personality and confidence, with the standards that FAMC sets forth

Salary: DE--$60-65K, Junior--$52-55K both have bonus potential.

ENGINEERING:.

Test Engineer:

As a member of the Engineering team the Test Engineer will:

Prepare required equipment to perform system and component mechanical evaluations
Testing and set up consists of materials and test equipment preparation, testing procedure validation and test organization
Utilize a system to maintain, track and record test data and status
Perform modifications and/or upgrades to enable research and development activities. Suggest areas of improvements
Gather and organize data to support / perform first pass analysis
Design, develop and conduct quantified evaluations on small appliances accurately for analysis purposes
Work effectively with all personnel and levels including management, engineers, other technicians and temporary employees
Perform other engineering duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
2+ years mechanical engineering / consumer product experience
Utilize Excel, Word & DAQ view to organize and record data
Independently recognize errors in testing procedures and suggest corrections
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and thermal systems
Excellent hands on mechanical skills
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Experience in Consumer Products, High Volume Manufacturing, Plastics and Molding a plus
Ability to use basic machine shop and test tools - lathes, drill presses, etc. to create testing fixtures and jigs

Salary 40 - 50K

Customer Service Rep:

Work from home part-time customer service representative with call center experience.

Hours are 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Training for this position would be at the company located on the Lawrence/North Andover line for several weeks until the person is comfortable being on their own. This person will receive telephone, email, fax and mail requests for purchase orders, order changes, adjustments and cancellations directly from customers; respond to customer inquiries and complaints; analyze requests and resolve customer concerns. They will track orders from the time of receipt through shipping.

Salary $15.00 per hour
